if you can't find the book you're looking for, it could be you are in the...

Yeah, I haven't updated my blog in a long while and I go and post this! I had a good laugh when I first came across it though.

on writing reviews ...

* the review reflects my (inexpert) opinions, reactions, thoughts etc. on the story.... as a reader!

* I tend to comment in a general sense, to minimize/avoid the possibility of inadvertent spoiler details. Hopefully there is still something useful in the review.

* I could never explain or summarize the story's plot etc. better than the author or back-cover copy, so please make use of the links to the book's official page etc.

* please alert me to any factual errors about the story etc. that I may have noted incorrectly in the review.

* for now, I'm more likely to post reviews of books that I enjoyed reading/would recommend.
